All amplified outdoor music must end no later than 10pm. If you are interested in extending your wedding after 10pm, we invite you to move indoors to the stone bank barn and The Vault.
All afterparties are a maximum of two hours, making midnight the latest guest departure time.

A ceremony rehearsal can be hosted the day prior to your wedding.
Please work with your Event Manager at Manor 1858 and Wedding Planner to set a time. Times are available after 10am.

Yes. We welcome decorations such as flowers, candles, and lighting.
We do not allow anything to be applied to the walls or building that will cause damage such as nailing into the walls, floating flame, or command strips. If you choose to use candles, we require that they are encased in hurricane glass or votives.

You may leave your belongings in the Tenant House for the duration of the event, but all personal items must be collected by the end of your event. Shipping fees will be deducted from the security deposit.

We love seeing that final departure photo and happily permit 24-inch sparklers, outside of the Stone Bank Barn only. To ensure the safety of your guests, we do not permit sparklers larger than 24 inches. We do not allow wish lanterns, confetti, or firework displays.

We champion tenting weddings, but The Manor 1858 does not include a tent in the site fee. If you would like to explore tenting, we are happy to refer you to our preferred vendors, who can provide more information about pricing.

Dogs are allowed to be present during your wedding ceremony, but must be taken to a different location for dinner and reception.
Dogs are allowed in the Manor House and Tenant House, but may not be left unaccompanied.

Yes. We have a preferred vendor list of vendors [add link to Vendor document] that are familiar with our property and are lovely to work with. It is not required to use vendors from our preferred list, but valet and tenting will require approval from your Event Manager.

Yes, we require all of our weddings to have either a full or partial wedding planning by a licensed and insured planning company.

We require events to have full-service catering, meaning that servers are present throughout the entirety of the event, the catering team removes all trash.

All alcohol must be served by a company with an offsite liquor license and poured by licensed bartenders. Whether you may purchase your own alcohol to be served is a discussion between yourself and your full service caterer.

All vendors must hold a general liability policy of at least $1,000,000, valid through the event date.

The Manor 1858 will open at 10am on Friday for vendors to begin loading into the Stone Bank Barn. If your event is tented, we recommend that installations begin on Wednesday or Thursday of that week. If additional time is required, an additional fee may apply. Please speak with your Event Manager for more information.
All items inside the Stone Bank Barn must be removed the night of your event, including florals, rentals, and personal items.

We can place a courtesy hold for 7 days on one date.

50% deposit at the time of signing. The remaining 50% will be due either at 180 days prior to your event, or 90 days prior, depending on the booking window.

Yes. The Manor 1858 offers several outdoor settings that may be well suited for receptions, tented gatherings, cocktail hours, and open-air corporate events. Final capacity, layout, and vendor needs should be confirmed with the team. Our site fees do not include tent rental. A third-party vendor would be contracted directly by the client to install a tent. See our preferred vendor list for reference and requirements.

Yes. Depending on availability and group needs, The Manor 1858 may be able to support multi-day retreat experiences. The team can discuss event flow, accommodations, dining needs, wellness programming, and nearby experiences during the planning process.

Yes, overnight accommodations may be made at The Manor House, located on-site at The Manor 1858, and additional options will be offered at our sister property, Hotel Burg, based on availability. Overnight accommodation details should be confirmed directly with the team, as availability and use of the Manor House or other spaces may vary by event.

Parking details should be confirmed with the team based on event size, layout, and transportation needs. On-site parking is limited and valet only. Organized transportation is highly recommended for larger groups.

Audiovisual needs should be discussed during the inquiry process. The Manor 1858 does not include AV equipment. Complimentary WiFi is available, and the team can provide preferred vendor recommendations for additional AV needs.
