AGRITOURISM LIABILITY NOTICE

WARNING
Under Virginia law (Virginia Code § 3.2-6401), there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity.
Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
This notice applies to all activities, events, tours, and visits conducted at The Manor 1858, a property of Madison Dale LLC, operating as an agritourism venue under Virginia agricultural zoning. This notice is incorporated by reference into all venue rental agreements, event contracts, and booking confirmations issued by The Manor 1858.

General Liability
The Manor 1858 and AC STONE BARN LLC make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the property for any particular purpose beyond those expressly stated in a signed venue rental agreement. Guests and vendors access the property at their own risk with respect to inherent risks of the agricultural setting, including but not limited to uneven terrain, open water features, livestock areas, and outdoor conditions.
Vendor & Third-Party Services
The Manor 1858 does not employ or control third-party vendors including caterers, bartenders, photographers, florists, officiants, musicians, or entertainment providers. All vendors must hold their own applicable licenses and insurance, including Virginia ABC licensure for any party providing or serving alcohol. The Manor 1858 assumes no liability for the acts, omissions, or services of independent vendors.
Music & Entertainment
Bands, DJs, and live entertainment are responsible for maintaining their own performance licenses through ASCAP, BMI, or SESAC as required. The Manor 1858 does not provide blanket music licensing coverage for third-party performers.
Photography & Image Use
By hosting an event at The Manor 1858, guests and couples grant AC STONE BARN LLC a non-exclusive right to use event photographs taken by The Manor 1858's contracted photographers for marketing purposes, including website, social media, and print materials, unless a written opt-out is provided prior to the event date.
